ITIL® v3: Manager’s Bridging

Candidates who have achieved the V1 or V2 IT Service Management Manager's certification can gain the V3 ITIL Expert certification by attending this course and successfully completing the Manager's Bridge Examination sat on the fifth day.
Over the first four days delegates cover the subject areas within all five Lifecycle stages which are new to V3 and those existing subject areas of V2 which have undergone significant change. The morning of the fifth day focuses on exam preparation prior to sitting the 90 minute exam.
This qualification will bridge the gap between the ITIL V1 or V2 IT Service Management Manager's Certificate in IT Service Management and the ITIL Expert Certification in IT Service Management. This course is only intended for those holding a valid IT Service Management Manager's Certificate in IT Service Management based on ITIL versions 1 and 2.
Course Objectives
To introduce, discuss and explore the differences between ITIL V2 and V3 including; the lifecycle, principles, concepts, processes, functions and roles. To prepare delegates for the ITIL V3 Manager's Bridge examination.
Who will the course benefit?
Individuals who already hold the IT Service Management Manager's Certificate at an earlier ITIL version, who wish to obtain the ITIL Expert in IT Service Management, thereby demonstrating their knowledge of ITIL V3.
Individuals who hold sufficient V2 Practitioner Credits and would like to obtain the ITIL Expert qualification.
Pre-Requisites
This qualification is ONLY available to candidates who have proof they already hold the Manager’s Certificate in IT Service Management. There is mandatory accredited course attendance for this examination. Candidates are expected to be familiar with the content of the five ITIL Service Lifecycle Core publications prior to attending.
Examinations
This is a 90 minute* closed book, twenty (20) question Scenario-based, complex multiplechoice examination consisting of 10 Scenarios with 2 questions on each.
