Objectives

PRINCE2(TM) offers a wealth of practical tools and techniques that can improve your project management competence. Who Should Attend

Project managers, project teams and others who want to deliver successful projects using the PRINCE2(TM) method. Project management skills at the level of Course 296, " Project Management: Skills for Success ", are assumed. PRINCE2(TM) certification is not required to take this course.
