Agile Practitioner Upgrade
The Agile Project Management Practitioner Upgrade course is for candidates looking to gain knowledge and skills over 1 day. This course will help candidates gain qualifications to successfully pass the foundation exam. The agile management qualification is for those working in project focused environments.
Candidates will learn how to choose the right approach. The trainer will give candidates an insight in how to manage agile lifecycles.The course includes both exams and is fully accredited by APMG International.
What is Agile?
Agile is a project management framework that aims to aim managers to produce high quality important work in their deadlines. It dates back to the 1990’s where the time it took to produce an application might be over 3 years. This is where Agile practises help to reduce that time. Agile Project Management Practitioner is the highest level of Agile Project Management qualification offered by APMG and provides globally-recognised evidence of expertise in managing projects using Agile methods.
Who should take the Agile Practitioner course?
This course has been designed for individual who want to extend their knowledge of Agile. It is also an entry requirement to already hold the foundation qualification.

Course structure
The course take place over one day and at the end of it, you are required to attend an exam.
- Classroom training (1 days)
Agile Practitioner Exam
The exam consists of four questions, each are worth 15 marks. You have 2 hours to complete the exam and you must achieve 30 marks or 50% in order to pass the exam. The exam is open book but you are only allowed to use the manual provided to you.
