Yes, on the last day of the course you will sit the ISO 20000 Practitioner exam

What is the exam format?
There are two exams, one multiple choice (1 hour) and one written exam (1 hour). Overall score must be 33 out of 50 to pass
Are there pre-requisites for the course?
Delegates should have at least 5 years' relevant IT experience and at least 5 years' Service Management experience who also hold the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.
How long is the course?
The course will last for 3 days including the exam

Who Should attend?
We recommend delegates who are experienced IT Service Management practitioners whose roles and responsibilities include preparing internal and/or external organisations for the adoption of ISO20000
Pre-requisites
Delegates should have at least 5 years' relevant IT experience and at least 5 years' Service Management experience who also hold the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.
Certification
This is gained by taking a multiple-choice closed book exam which is taken at the end of the course.
