Introduction

The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt course is for candidates looking to gain knowledge and skills over 10 days. This course will help candidates gain qualifications within the Lean Six Sigma. Lean Six Sigma is business improvement process is established business philosophies. Candidates will learn how to use advanced tools to develop cycle time and takt market. The trainer will give candidates an insight in how to use visual management for operational performance management.

Lean Six Sigma is a specific framework that has the main aim of helping any business to maximise their resources. The framework has two different methodologies, which are Six Sigma that has the main aim to remove any waste from any process within a business project. The ‘lean’ element of the course consists of making the process in the business lean as quickly as possible.

Black Belt Course structure

The course takes place over 10 days, during the first part of the course, you will cover the yellow and green belt certification. During the second part of the course, you will cover the black belt certification. On the last day, you will take a cases study.

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Exam Details

The course consist of 50% exams and 50% course work. All of the exams and the course work has a maximum value of 100 marks and you must gain at least 70 in order to pass the course.
