What’s New in TOGAF?

The idea of this is to create more consistency throughout the framework when following an ADM. The benefits of this change can be witnessed from a number of levels of the TOGAF methodology. To begin with it provides a comprehensive checklist of architecture outputs which can be created or indeed reduced depending on the risk factor or any gaps within the framework. The other clear benefit is that this inclusion allows the architectural work to be applied across the enterprise.

Moreover, within a larger organisation the practise of TOGAF requires a number of individuals and teams to work together and ensure they enrol onto a TOGAF training course in order to be fully qualified.
