Candidates will learn how to explore management styles for agile projects. The trainer will give candidates an insight in how to manage agile projects responsibilities.
Foundation
Agile Project Management is a unique and effective customer-focused project management framework that emphasises co-operative adaptability. The foundation course will get you to grips with the basic principles, preparing you to take part in agile projects in the future. The course consists of three days of quality coaching, following which you’ll take a multiple choice exam. Practitioner
