ITIL 4 Foundation Training

What is ITIL?
ITIL came into place in the 1980’s when the reliance on IT was rapidly increasing therefore the central computer and telecommunication agency of the UK government created a set of recommendations however, there was no standard form which led to private sector contracts creating their own IT management formats which is why ITIL was created in a set of books that were covering the different areas in IT management.
In the early 2000’s it was made more accessible and affordable as the information was combined into nine collections of related documents to suit the different aspects of IT services.
ITIL foundation training course is open to anybody who has an interest in IT management or want to expand their knowledge on IT management, there are also no prerequisites.
Who can attend the ITIL foundation course?
This course is perfect for anyone who wants to start learning about IT management.
Passing this course will allow you to move onto higher ITIL courses in the near future and potentially earning between 40k to 70k.
What materials do we provide?
This ITIL course includes pre-course material (we will provide you with a PDF document containing an introductory overview of ITIL), an exam, a very well earnt certificate at the end of the course, an expert trainer that has at least 10 years of experience in this field as well as some refreshments throughout the course.
Pre-course reading is recommended. you will be provided with all the information you need in a combination of presentations, different exercises and discussions to easily pass the 1 hour exam that will be held on the third day.
Is there an exam?
Yes. The exam consists of 40 questions, which are multiple choice and last an hour. You will be required to get at least 65% correct in order to pass.
