What is PMP®?
A project is an enterprise that is used to produce a unique product, service or result for a short time period, as explained by “The Project Management Body of Knowledge”, a PMI publication. Courses linked to projects, i.e. Project Management Professional courses are highly valued and focused on by Training Deals. A lot of time and effort is put into our Project Management courses, meaning that delegates are guaranteed to have the best possible experience on their course.
What does it take to get the PMP® credential?
There are four steps in order the get your PMP® certification. To begin with, you must demonstrate that you have experience as a project manager, followed by a four-hour test on how to implement the methods and make good judgments as well as mastering The Project Management Body of Knowledge. If you follow these steps and let Training Deals’ highly experienced trainers guide you through the course, you can easily gain a significantly high grade.
What if I don’t have enough experience but have worked in project management for a while?
Training Deals is highly understanding and guides any delegate through their project management journey, no matter how experienced they are in the project management field. If you feel that you don’t have enough knowledge, you might want to think about looking into the Certified Associate in Project Management qualification. After you finish this course, this will help you gain some more experience and confidence to take the PMP® Certification.
Is the PMP® training Certificate right for me?
Project Management Institute (PMI)® may not suit a specialised objective, but it does provide a large variety of professional qualifications which includes: the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), the PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP), and the PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP). At Training Deals, we understand the different situations which each individual delegate is in and we will therefore talk through all of the potential courses which they can take and all of the areas which would help them specifically and make them receive the most out of the course.
How long will it take to get the credential?
Although the time period is not certain as there are different lengths of time in which the credential will be received depending on the delegate. However, you can get the credential in at least 3 months, assuming that you qualify for taking the exam. As the saying goes “your mileage may vary”.
